BE STILL MY HEART

This week, the thing that is making my heart go pitter patter is…wait for it… in my own home! That is, after all, the goal.

I mentioned before, that we’ve been collecting things here and there to make a gallery wall over the dresser/changer in the kids’ room and this week, Tuvia put it up!

It’s interesting, looking at the pictures I can see where I want to move or straighten things a bit. Sometimes it’s easier to really see in a picture. Reason #45 to have a blog, eh? (For the record I am not Canadian even though I say “pardon” and “eh”)Gallery Wall in Kids' Room via Shoes Off PleaseHere’s the breakdown:

You may have noticed that the cloud mobile is missing two raindrops. You have noticed correctly. They fell off. I think the cloud is trying to tell me that I need to learn to sew. Luckily, the cloud is attached to the wall using a velcro tab so I took it off and will fix it sometime this weekend.

Just to make my heart pitter and patter some more, here’s one last shot:

I also want to let everyone know that since pesach (Passover) is starting Sunday night, I will be taking next week off from blogging. Enjoy the weekend and happy holidays!
