About two years ago, Katie Bower (of Bower Power) called Sherry Petersik (of YHL) and they came up with the Pinterest Challenge. It’s basically to turn “pins” into actions. Every season, they challenge themselves, some co-hosts (this year it’s Emily and Renee), and everyone on the blogosphere to use their “pinspiration” to create something. Why I have not done it until now is a complete mystery to me.

I have gone back and forth on this so much. I have been wanting to change our nightstands for awhile now and can’t decide if I want to go white, gray, two-toned, campaign…etc. For two days I was considering DIYing my own take on the CB2 proof nightstand (which looks so much nicer in the catalogue than online btw), but I’m not entirely convinced it’s what I want to do.

If you follow me on Instagram you may have already seen my DIY fail when the gold spray paint turned out to be blue spray paint with the wrong cap on. (Yeah, that happened).

So I thought I would either finish up that project based on an inspiration photo I found on Pinterest (and cannot trace back to it’s source, ergh) or this tablecloth from Anthropologie which I have been eyeing for so long.

I’m leaning toward getting both done, but I’m not sure I have the time because happily, I am really busy this week and this has to be done and linked up by Wednesday.

What do you think? Should I do the lamp or the tablecloth? Think I can do both??
